  • Use Conventions to Produce Clear Writing: How well do I apply correct and effective syntax, usage, mechanics, and spelling to communicate ideas and achieve intended purposes?

Activity 1: Write

We will use our notes on our Note-Taking Tools for our selected literary lens to draft a response to the section 1 diagnostic.

Draft your written response to the prompt on the Section 1 Diagnostic Checklist.

Be sure to do the following:

  • Accurately integrate quotations from the play.

  • Properly cite the quotations.

  • Maintain present tense.

  • Vary syntax for style and reader interest.
