Activity 1: Present

We will rehearse our presentations with other teams and actively listen to our peers’ presentations, providing feedback to help each other refine and finalize our work.

Join another team and begin your team meeting by checking in with one another about how the creation process is going and any challenges that have arisen.

Review the Presentation Structure section of the Application Unit Presentation Guide so you are clear about the expectations of the presentation, and use that structure for your rehearsal. You will use this same structure for the final presentations.

Decide which team will rehearse first and have them begin.

As you listen to the other team’s presentation, use the Peer ReviewCulminating Task Checklist to guide your feedback to the team to help them refine their work after the rehearsal. If needed, refer to the Presentation Creation Process, Presentation Structure, and Presentation Written Components sections of the Application Unit Presentation Guide to inform your thinking and feedback.

Close by debriefing the rehearsal process, discussing the feedback, and assisting each other as needed.

Be sure to submit your completed Peer ReviewCulminating Task Checklist so your teacher can review it and return it to your team during the final conferences.
