Activity 1: Write
We will each write a literary analysis of our own narrative story.
Access the Culminating Task Checklist and review the second part of the prompt.
You will write a literary analysis of your work that address the following criteria:
clearly states the message or central idea of your story
identifies and explains how your research is evident in your narrative
describes the specific narrative techniques used
forms and supports a claim about the effectiveness of the narrative choices
uses appropriate syntax, grammar, and mechanics

We will submit our writing portfolios for the Culminating Task.
Submit your writing portfolio. Be sure to include the following:
annotated bibliography of your research sources
original draft vignette
revised draft vignette
literary analysis of vignette
outline of narrative story, including narrative sequence
