Activity 1: Read – Write

We will revise our reflective narratives.

Revision is the process of re-seeing your work with fresh eyes. Revision is a challenge for all writers, and the art of making writing better is hard work that can feel very messy at times.

Revise your reflective narrative by asking yourself the following questions:

  1. Does your reflective narrative explain what you learned clearly and concisely?

  2. Is your reflective narrative interesting to read?

  3. Have your told the reader everything you want him or her to know?

Revisit your draft by adding in pertinent details or omitting details that you do not need.

You can also revise your draft using another aspect of your writing that needs additional work.

Activity 2: Write

We will finish our revisions for homework.

For homework, finish your revisions for your reflective narrative.
